Today I woke up at 6am, drove to meet with a training partner (4th degree black belt) and practiced for 2 hours.
30 minutes of forms to warm up, one hour of techniques, 30 minutes bag work.
What an excellent workout!
Next week I’ll have some specific techniques to work on, along with boxing combos. And more water.

Last year, I didn’t start with a goal, I just wanted to bike to work all year. I did it from March to September: 2767.5 miles.
Now I have a goal for next year.

Today I practiced 30 techniques with my aunt (she is also a black belt, at 48!) and ran form 5.
