How I did it: I joined Toastmasters. Through the organization I was able to complete the first level of Toastmasters: Competent Communicator. Utilizing the program's ten speaking assignments I was able to improve various aspects of public speaking. When my kids were younger they enjoyed bananas. Usually we’ll have a few bananas that ripened a little too far and I would take the time to make banana bread. Now that my kids are a little older, I wanted to share some of the recipes I really liked. Moreover, we would get the chance to reminisce.
