I must say, biking to work transcends the sum of its parts. It sounds so simple, ride a bike instead of a car. But there’s something so rewarding. It’s one of the few activities that just doesn’t have any undesireable side effects. It’s an all around good thing to do. And after you do it a couple weeks, you’ll be surprised how fast you can make the commute. At this point, door-to-door it’s faster for me to bike.

Ok. It sucks to organize a garage sale. I recommend doing it with friends to make it more interesting. I also recommend avoiding the temptation to try and sell what should be thrown away. That really exacerbates the set up time.
Also, I got taken to the cleaners on a few items. But hey, my basement is cleaner and we had money for a nice dinner afterward.
