I just applyed online and i’m crossing my fingers so wish me luck guys and will i be seeing any of use in hawaii aswell? :)

muscle gain 3 years ago

eat lots of protein like eggs and silverbeet and when you work out lift really heavy weights and do few reps (8-10) with a 3 minute break between each. this allows oxygyn to get to the muscle and help it grow. wait till muscles recover from previous work-outs before working out again!
