in Nov’06 i did yoga 3x/week for the entire month & it not only helped with my back pain, but it also fixed my posture(!!)
...too bad i had to give it up in Dec’06 because the studio went on vacation…
i’m starting back in Jan’07, the challenge will be to go to yoga 20x in 30 days
