Completely worth it. I can leave my DivaCup in for most of the day without worrying about emptying it. No risk of TSS. It takes a few cycles to get the hang of putting it in and taking it out, but after that it’s fine. And my Luna Pads, which I use at night or when I just don’t feel like having something inside me, are really comfy! The washing takes some time, but compared to the thought of landfills and icky plastic-y pads, I’d take that anyday.

You wouldn’t believe how clueless I am about celebrity gossip. My mom: “Britney Spears is having a baby with her husband so-and-so.” Me: “So she really is married?”
Really, TV is run by advertising, and too many people’s lives are run by TV. Do the math.

I don’t even know how to start. A vegan diet is the only compassionate choice when it comes to animals. It’s hard at first, but checking ingredients quickly becomes habit. I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself. In fact, I’m now liberated from the guilt of contributing to animal oppression, and I know I am doing something good for the world. Now I am going to eat some delicious vegan chocolate cake.
