I can’t explain how I’ve been able to do it, but I definitely don’t consider myself shy anymore. I think going to college was the best thing that could have happened to me 2 years ago…I met some amazing people who helped me come into my own and be more confident that other people wanted to know me. I also took a job with the Orientation office that really empowered me.

I’m studying abroad in Sevilla for the fall semester, so I should get a lot of practice. I’m going from only having taken 3 years of Spanish to taking a full load (4 classes) taught in Spanish. Should be a challenge, but I’m looking forward to it.
What a rush!

Had my first tandem jump at Ridgely Airpark with Skydive Maryland. It was sooo much fun. I wasn’t nervous at all until he opened the door of the plane at 10,500 feet. And then after that it was just an amazing and exciting rush before the parachute deployed.
I definitely will do it again.
