How I did it: I bought the dvd from http://www.thrilltheworld.com and played through it twice, and the walkthrough about 10 times! The DVD was so easy, even though I am not a very good dancer. The nice thing is, it is a whole 3 minute dance instead of 30 seconds! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought the Polar heart rate monitor (f11) that gives me a trophy icon every week I burn at least 2500 calories. Highly motivating! Plus, I powered through even when tired or sick. Read how I did it…
How I did it: First I bought a Polar F11 heart monitor. It gave me credit for all the calories I burned and kept me motivated going to the gym. We have a heartbeat! I am due in late June/early July, depending on what you base my due date on. We are so very excited!!!!!!
This is so frustrating! We keep paying off the overdraft, and then this month I was going to pay off my lasik and BAM the car broke down, we will have to put it on the overdraft, and pay that off AGAIN this month. Why does stuff keep coming up???!
