It sounds stupid but it is really all about perspective. I realised that all the stress was originating from myself, not my work, not the people around me but myself. I know I can handle all the work because it is simply what I choose to do, I set my limitations and stick to them so really there is no need to be stressed about it. Plus, the more calm and collected I am the more productive I seem to be. I am the Zen master.

How I did it
How I did it: Thank God its over! Exhausting but worth it because now its done and I love it. Jsut keep doing it. Think about it constantly. my mentor said "if it doesn't take over your life you're not doing it right" and it is so true. I feel like I have lost a limb since handing it in. But just keep doing it in small chunks and it will soon be over. Just stick to it and stay motivated by laying the foundation in choosing something you really want to do. Read how I did it…
