Again too long an absence 6 months ago

But here’s my gratitude list for the day

1. I’m grateful for my new love

2. I’m grateful for smooth travels

3. I’m grateful for the humility that helps me to accept that the new job isn’t turning out to be much better than the old one.

Gratitude after a long absence! 6 months ago

I can’t believe it’s been 4 weeks since I’ve written here. Life has been CRAZY

but today I am grateful for the following…
1. new (happy, nourishing, fun) relationship
2. meetings
3. daily yoga classes began today
4. the house I’m living in and my roommates – all nice
5. fresh air

Today I’m grateful

1. for a ride to the train station tomorrow

2. for nice people

3. for the restorative effects of a week of living in peace and quiet and fresh air.

4. that after tomorrow i get a break from training

5. i’ve connected with another friend on skype. it’s been a good way to connect in this phoneless existence i’m currently living
