it seems a lot of people come on here to talk about there fat instead of sereiusly knuckling down to help everyone get fatter. well we all know that eating more than 2500 calories a day should increase your weight so i have created a diet plan for one day to help you do that. Unfortunatly i cant eat the same thing everyday (i am only 15 and live with my parents)so if people could chip in with simalor plans i think that would benafit everyone. here is mine:
Breakfast
312 in choc cereal – £1.58
48 in 100ml (a glass) of milk with flavourings e.g. Crusha – £1.79

Lunch
