i lost a lot of weight and i’m happy about it but i definitely want to keep losing weight. this time last year i was like 122-125 pounds (which i know isn’t a lot but i’m barely 5’1 and at 125, i was carrying a lot of extra weight). now i’m 110-115 (my weight fluctuates A LOT) and i work out like every day and eat healthier. i also cut soda out of my diet for the most part and drink a lot of water. i think i would like to lose another ten pounds because i like my body more now but i’m still really insecure about myself and i want to lose the extra fat that i’m carrying like on my stomach and around my hips, i think i would be a lot happier with my body if i did that. so yup i’m just going to continue what i’m doing.
