what a relief! Just goes to show you can pass the NY bar first time even if you are a foreign trained attorney (just takes a lot of work!) – Celebration Bar Review HIGHLY recommended for others in my situation.

so, not long now then. I fly out to the US on Saturday so that leaves just a few short days to drag my MBE score up a few points. I am happy about the essay portion, with a little brushing up on the law I should be fine…it’s all getting a bit scary now.

well the application form has been sent off. If the bank look kindly at the application and grant the loan I could have the money by next week which means I can start studying really soon! I know its going to be hard work, especially as I have never studied American law before but I am determined to work harder than ever before to achieve this goal! I just hope I can maintain the motivation over the long months before February…
