had to restart... 19 months ago

I gave up on all my goals. Well, I didn’t really give up, I just kind of forget about them. So now I have to restart…

I actually did not smoke until the holidays in December. So now, I am quitting again. May 8 was my first smoke free day. So now 7 days are done…

Smoking sucks so bad… why is it so hard to quit???
