It’s hard trusting your gut at times. It’s harder accepting that i’m human and that nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. Some more than others lol… My Ex accused me of second guessing him. Obviously I assumed he was thinking or doing something he wasn’t. Probably true but how do i know for sure. I’m trying to stop contradicting myself because with rational reasoning, it’s still irrational to stop this behavior i’ve been practicing for as long as i’ve. Hmmmm.. Stop thinking all together?

It’s like one of those moments, when you feel that everything you’ve learned and believed is not what you agree with… A while back, Someone told me do what works for you and forget the norms that works for everybody else. Noone is the same nor perfect. Why feel depressed when things don’t work out the way you thought they would. Search a new path and take a new direction. Focus on you and stop being selfless. I’m taking baby steps and I’ve faith that’ll get where i want to be without stress and negative thoughts :).
