donate hair to Locks of Love
Some info for people considering donating: 2 years ago

I recently found out some info about Locks of Love.
Almost none of the hair actually goes to wigs. Most of it is sold and the money is kept by the company. The hair that is used for wigs is primarily given to burn victims and sufferers of alopecia.
I didn’t know this when I donated my hair as do most people who donate to Locks of Love.

Everyone has their bad days and their good days.
But for the most part, I accept myself and love myself the way I am. Seeing people obsess over the way they look makes me sad sometimes, espcially because many of my friends are like that. I suppose it’s normal for teenage girls, but I wish they would just see that they are beautiful the way they are.
