Ok so I’m 5 years older than when I made this goal. I kinda laughed when I read it! I’m now trying to hang on to 48min!! 43…what was I thinking??

never time

I never seem to set time aside for meditating…I’m starting to crave it though. I feel I am ‘stuck’ without it.

lost the weight

Yeah…I lost it…and then I gained it again. My running training helped me lose the weight but then when the training stopped (offseason) I gained it again. I’m not concerned. It’ll come off again when I start training again….
