never time

I never seem to set time aside for meditating…I’m starting to crave it though. I feel I am ‘stuck’ without it.

Yeah…I lost it…and then I gained it again. My running training helped me lose the weight but then when the training stopped (offseason) I gained it again. I’m not concerned. It’ll come off again when I start training again….
I lightened up my schedule and made more room for me. I’ve read more and it’s very centering. I’ve read a few books since my last post! : )
