How I did it: it was ok till i reached 120...but then each squat was become tougher and tougher. But, I was determined and mental state helps. I initially started with doing sets of 30 each of around 3-4 sets. And then steadily increased the number of reps in each set and about 100 were not so hard in one set. currently finding a scanner to create a soft copy of them. Also wishing to buy a tablet really soon, but not sure when.
