For next time, my aim will be below 50mins. but not disappointed…i hoped anything near 55. And also the rank in bangalore is 113, have to also improve the rank for the next time, by the way i can be glad 2nd female runner timed 52’30” :).

How I did it
How I did it: it was ok till i reached 120...but then each squat was become tougher and tougher. But, I was determined and mental state helps. I initially started with doing sets of 30 each of around 3-4 sets. And then steadily increased the number of reps in each set and about 100 were not so hard in one set. But increasing reps from there is crucial. Have faith, that's it :) Read how I did it…
