GTW was not an innovative one (which i still want to make one). but still it counts as designing one. I will update here, if i will make something totally new and awesome.

How I did it: I used three stress balls, and concentrated first on cascade's first iteration passing two balls from right hand, 1 ball from left hand to 2 balls in left and 1 in right. How I did it: it was ok till i reached 120...but then each squat was become tougher and tougher. But, I was determined and mental state helps. I initially started with doing sets of 30 each of around 3-4 sets. And then steadily increased the number of reps in each set and about 100 were not so hard in one set. I tried to whistle by making a loose OK sign with right thumb and index finger and placing it on tongue and keeping lips tight. Saw the videos from youtube, but still I think somewhere technique is going wrong. Hope to learn from someone in person.
