I will begin reading on November 20, desire completion by February 15. This book is a major spiritual and literary challenge and I feel I have a unique opportunity away from wife and family to concentrate on knowing God through bible study and this giant acheivement by St. Augustine.

Running again after age, children, injuries. Stay motivated 2 years ago

I am 31, overweight, out of shape. It is the first week of November and I have four months to shake of the ‘Icants’ and put on the I can. My goal is to train to run again and reach a 10 mile run without injury by March 1, 2008.
