yay, doing my open water in less than a month… practicing in swimming pool these days to build up more confidence in water. i thought i couldn’t tread water for a minute, but as it turned out i was able to do it for 20 min, no prob! i guess all that body fat does come in useful for once. :)

suprise, suprise...

i managed to lose two pounds in the past four days – and that’s very significant considering it’s been going steadily up. and the reason? you’re going to laugh at this one – there’s a mice situation in the apartment, and since i’m scared to death about mice, i haven’t been sleeping well. :S
talking about an odd way to lose weight! :D
breathe into heart...

over the phone line, a “how are you?” came through. just before my brain was going to casually brush it off with a standard answer, i remembered to breathe it in, and just let the care go straight into my somewhat broken heart – instantly I found myself in tears.
needless to say, that was a great phone conversation. and it feels so soothing to get in touch with my own feelings. thanks to the breath.
