How I did it
How I did it: I had a really difficult birthing, so I couldn't do any exercise (including walking) for a few weeks afterward. When I got the ok from my midwife, I went to the gym every day for a while. That was at least as good for my mind as for my body. But I went less and less often (it would've been good to keep going, obviously, but that's another matter) when I realized the weight was coming off on its own, by just leadin… Read how I did it…

now that I don’t live in Russia anymore. I recently moved to Portland, where choices abound! I joined a co-op, and planted a little patio garden.
