one bottle in the morning, then at lunch, then at snack, then at dinner , then before bed.=5 bottles, i will do this for one week, kinda expensive but it will pay off in the end

i’ve been told that i was too paranoid. and that i am psyco and that i live in my own world. which made me just think about things even more. i live in my own word, really, the way i see things and intrept them is not normal. when i was growing up, i thought everyone was stupid except me bc i just could not figure out why no one understood me. I was mentally sick for a long time, i thought it was just depression, but after years of emotional abuse and undiagnose mental issues such as bipolar and ADD, it played a pretty tough toll on my brain. now i have medicine, and it helps most of the time but sometimes, i think too much still. so whenever i start to think about one thing for too long, i gonna remind myself, that the way i see things maybe too over analyzed, so it should relieve my stress at that moment. eventually ill learn not to be soo paranoid.

i think ill breathe now 8 months ago

breathing might help me quit smoking, and when i feel overwhelmed just breathe!, like when im thinking negative, breathe, panic, breathe. gives your body enought time to relax and handle the situation better.
