one of those nice-to-know things. and as someone who bikes pretty much 365 days a year, it seems silly that i can’t even change my own flats. but my time is limited, and my interest really isn’t there… so i will honor the almighty specialization of labor on this one and keep going to the bike shop for repairs!

How I did it: Once I stopped drinking for a few weeks and reintroduced it into my "diet", I discovered drinking also made me eat more and exercise less -- a trigger for unhealthy behaviors! Recognizing this has helped motivate me to lay off the sauce and take it more in moderation. Read how I did it…
is that i used to run marathons - and fast ones at that - before i got sick with an immune system disorder. now i just want to start building myself back up stride by stride…. i think i’m ready for a 5k now!
this is a war that’s been going on longer than the war in iraq. need fresh inspiration, ammo. i think i need to load up the fridge with the yummiest, healthiest food i can find – cost be damned – and learn how to make green tea lattes for starters.
