Tried to find positive quotes on the net yesterday but a lot of them were really sickly. If anyone knows good places to find positive quotes, it would be appreciated!

spoke to my caseworker this week and i did a mood & anxiety test. I scored loooads better on both tests :) this made me really happy!
she is going to book me on a course thats supposed to help me with my confidence and self esteem. if it helps me as much as the anxiety course that i went on it can only be a good thing.
after being sick i really put an effort in with the house.
ive started to slide a little though, stopped my diary planning and really need to get back to doing that because it was really helping.
feeling a bit meh at the moment…dont want to let it hold me back
