How I did it
How I did it: I think in the UK it is easier than in the US. I just went to my clinic and asked for it and they fitted it the same day.I went to a place where they did a local anaesthetic and they said they thought that was more effective than anaesthetic gel, but some places don't have the training to do anaesthetics.I did a lot of controlled breathing while they were doing it, that helped.
