I got a night guard and it feels very comfortable when I wake up, my jaw and my whole body feels very rested. I like this.
It will hopefully break the habit.

How I did it: I started to do it when I first woke up and when I went to sleep, then it became a habit. It is definitely making my muscles feel much looser and more relaxed. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I think in the UK it is easier than in the US. I just went to my clinic and asked for it and they fitted it the same day.I went to a place where they did a local anaesthetic and they said they thought that was more effective than anaesthetic gel, but some places don't have the training to do anaesthetics.I did a lot of controlled breathing while they were doing it, that helped. I definitely need to take more classes in this, and practise a lot more.
I think I can achieve this goal if I work hard at it.
She came up to me the following day and apologised, without me having said anything at all.
I’m glad it wasn’t just me being oversensitive and seeing things that weren’t there.
Hopefully next time working with her will be easier for both of us.
