On the up and up I have been eating very healthfully since the end of April resulting with a weight loss of 30 lbs. I find that it is a task that is full of effort and I have had a few set backs but nothing that has pulled me all the way off coarse which is new for me. This is something that has been incorporated into my life and has definitely been a lifestyle change. Yay me!

It’s something I never thought I could do consistantly and now I consider myself a water drinker. I drink at least 10 cups o’ water a day. Now when I don’t drink all my water I miss it and feel rather “bleck-y”. Now my water consumption comes as natural as breathing. Yay me!
I have benefited from drinking water by losing weight and having younger feeling skin. I started at the end of April 2006 and now it’s the beginning of September. I consider this a lifestyle change.

Charley, the sweater that I have been knitting for my husband for Christmas, is done… seamed up, ends woven in and snipped, done!
Now I have to wait until Christmas to give it to him and see how it fits.
