I finally live in NYC!!! Its a funny story, I came to New York in the spring to visit some friends, and wound up meeting the perfect guy…..and now we’re married! Six months ago, I never thought I would be married or living out one of my dreams. But Im soooo happy. And the city is soooo excited and the culture is amazing.

I recently visited ecuador and was amazed how happy everyone there was!! The entire country was full of people living well below the poverty level, yet the were content with their lives. I’ve come to the realization that the less you have materially, the less you have to worry about lossing. A simple life frees us from the worries an craziness of modern life. why would anyone want anything more than that?
For a long time I had no idea what I wanted to do after I graduated. I knew that I wanted a career with lots of different positions avalible. I knew I wanted interaction with people, and somthing physical, not a “desk job”.
I am so happy that I have decided on nursing!! I cant wait to work with childeren in the hospitals. I plan on starting my prerequisites in January. I am going to do an associate program at Gordon College. It is going to be a very hard job, but it will be worth the work!
