OMG - JUMPS OFF CLIFF- D: 7 months ago

Omg I want to srsly slap myself (;_;) Its horrible.
I went to a party last weekend and drank it up hardcore style
and got the beer munchies after AAAH I am trying to see this as a lesson in training I feel so crappy! I was 135 before last week.
Soo basicly Im back at 141.
IT SUCKS! but :(
I cant get all sad or else im gonna forget this whole thing
try again try again =_=I need a exsersise thing going on, as in that i have to do every day or every other day in the week.

How I been so far... 7 months ago

Okay so I been doing most of what I said in entry one, cept for the fact that I had an oopsie on Saturday night (as in i cheated) i was totally craving sushi so i had a roll, big deal. i can’t hate myself for treating myself a bit. i still lost 5 pounds :D, just 5 more to go, i might even change my goal to 15 pounds in total but just taking baby steps now (^^); I’m just extremely happy not to be in the 140’s anymroe ayye! I was getting really scared, i feel great now though!

im trying to feel better about myself and especially for the summer.
5 more pounds! i might even start exsersing more soon! it really does feel great and takes off a bunch of stress.

First goal entry thingie yay! (^^) ♥ 8 months ago

Well this is my first entry :D
I am a 18 year old girly and am actually turning 19 in a couple of
days! WOOOHOOO! I would like to start off that I used to be a skinny 120 pounds for my height last fall, but you know I ate the wrong stuff after, and not only gained 20 pounds but got gastitus as well :’(

I don’t want to be 120 because it was too skinny for me but I want to be a cute 135 – 130 pounds ^^ and STAY THAT WAY
I am also wanting this to be a new lifestyle for me :)
I would very much be happy about that. Weeeelll I have until the end of April ~ wish me luck ~

Eating:
No fast food/candy/soda
Cut down on drinking alcohol
Vegetables/fruits
Lean meats/turkey
Soy beans
Wheats/grains

Drinking:
Water
Herbal tea

Starting/Current weight – 143 lbs
Goal weight – 133 lbs
