2 Days past and I already drunk caffeine, I didn’t exercice and I’m still spending more than 2 hrs in the computer. =(

2 Days past and I already drunk caffeine, I didn’t exercice and I’m still spending more than 2 hrs in the computer. =(
I must exercise at least 20 mins every day for the next month.
I must not drink tea, coffee or anything with caffeine
I must wake up maximum 10 o’clock at least 5 days a week
I must eat fruits or drink natural juice every day
I am not allowed to drink any refrigerant
I must keep my vegetarian diet
I can’t stay in the computer more than 2 hrs per day
If I don’t do what I am suppose to, I need to write down each thing and do it worse the week after. For exemple, if I don’t exercise 20 mins on monday, I must do 40 next monday.
