How I did it: I checked the bulletin board at otakon.com everyday and was lucky enough to come back the moment registration came up. Within a half an hour of it being posted, I requested a table. I guess the constant checking paid off. Read how I did it…

All of my friends say that I have to contact the galleries to see if they’d be interested in my work, but I don’t even know how to find galleries!
They make it look so effortless and easy- I’m a bit jealous! I wish I had their confidence. I never really have confidence in my art. It’s never good enough. I have a long way to go before I’m good enough to be in a gallery, but if I keep practicing then maybe one day…
Semi finalist!

So I’m a semi-finalist in a contest for deviantart. I have been runner up in two other contests, and I doubt I will win this one but I hope I do! Even third place would be okay. But if not, I will keep trying!
