BUT…I have a cold so I didn’t go this week yet. I think I need to keep this up for at least six months to call it done.

They pay me to do this, so I suppose it is worth it.

Done and done. Moving and changing cities was harder than the long distance thing. Also, plane tickets are expensive.

It is really freakin’ hard. Whoa what a nightmare. It took two months and it was a lot of work. And it was expensive. But we found a place, and its nice, even if it is way out in the fog zone.

But it seems like a long time! I’m not worried about this being unstable, but we’ve lived together for so long it will be weird being apart.

Got a new job. Pays 60% more. But its in the bay area. Net gain:$0. Sigh.

If you can, live in a city with public transit. I got off the car train a year ago and I don’t miss it.

Its a nice place to live. Cool people, great climate (really!) and generally a great town. Serious shortage of late night food options, however.

I learned PHP, javascript and ruby instead.

Sold mine. Not necessary. Bike + bus is almost as good. And cheaper!
