So after taking classes for years I just about at the two-thirds mark in my seminary education. That is good but I am a little worried that I am getting closer to my goal but I lack the right public speaking skills, the right people skills, the right organizational skills and the right spiritual walk. I need to improve in all of these areas as well.

I’m wondering my best approach to making an Online Bible Gazetteer. Do I just start assembling data or do I try to get a great set of underlying architecture? There are a lot of great software tools out there to organize my work, but I do not have the right skills to do all of those. Perhaps I need to keep it simple and start writing webpages.
A few months back I wrote an posting regarding Obama’s religion, that he is a Christian. The past few weeks there has been an increased amount of traffic to my blog. I have tried to figure out how this increase in traffic came about, a link from someone, a query which linked to the Obama article, or something else. Basically I attribute the increase of traffic to two things, 1.) a fluke that I wrote about a topic that would get a lot of attention even though that was not my intent, 2.) faithful writing of content which is properly tagged for Technorati.
