I tried Thai assisted Yoga, “the lazy man’s yoga,” the other day. I’d reccommend it. It relaxes you and stretches you. Supposedly it stimulates the body’s self-healing process and flushes out toxins. It is reccomended that you drink lots of water afterwards.
Basically, it is yoga, with some shiatsu, ashiatsu, and rhythmic breathing thrown in. It is good for meditation. I got a good deal on it; only 75 bucks for 90 minutes. She is the only one in town though so I kind of had to go with her. You can wear regular clothes and just lie on a mat most of the time. Pretty cool; worth a try for improving your health.

Need to start preparing for my 2 week vacation in Hawaii with my parents. Really looking forward to it. Lots of fun.

I like to make to do lists to help me with what I am doing. I feel better organized and also more secure as it becomes easier to remember things. It feels good to cross things off a list.
But on the other hand, “work” is never truly finished. And you can’t be perfect either. You can help yourself along by thinking of things like the Lakein Priniciple… “What is the best use of my time at this moment?” Or even the Pareto Prinicple and others.
