In retrospect, I should’ve gone into medicine but I think that ship has sailed. Now that I’m in my 30’s, it’s time to stop bitching and to act. I’m not clear still on my ideal job though. Use current experience in pharma, accounting & systems analysis (OR get new training) to make decent money (90K+) working alone (writing/programming) or 1:1 (counseling) in a relaxed, liberal environment (education/clinical) in a big coastal city (Philadelphia) researching requests and responding with information.

When it comes to being fit, I think we all know what we should be doing. It’s just a matter of doing it. For me, I “kinda” do it but not consistently. My plan:
- exercise daily including the gym every other day (cut the TV)
- eat fruit, vegetables, fish (anything else is filler)
- eat 5 smaller meals and not b4 bedtime
