If diet doesn’t help within the next 6 months, I’ll talk to Dr Shaffer about my next move. I’ll continue using Prep H suspositories until then.
Prayer, journaling & self talk always stops my feelings from piling up & exploding. This way things get worked out with my inner child/heart. Unloading to friends also works.
