How I did it: lowered my blood pressure naturally by reducing salt, taking beach walks 3-5 tiems a week, walking our pug puppy, drinking more water, reducing my stress load voerall, deep breathing, stretching, yoga, and art making. i am finally off of the bloody meds! Read how I did it…
How I did it: we looked and looked until we finally found one through a local shelter. he jumped up right into my arms and i knew he was the one! i suggest looking on petfinder.com or go to your local humane society. craigslsit is ok but please don't buy a puppy from a petstore or a breeder! there are so so many dogs put to sleep every single day due to overcrowding at the shelters. even if it takes you a little while, you will find the right one for you! went off my blood pressure meds and feel much more like myself. healthier all around. vim and vigor is up. i will exercise and meditate more to reduce my blood pressure naturally and without the dreaded side effects of medication.
