After everyone telling me how great it was, it was severely disappointing. They raised my expectations too much, I suppose.
I did this with absolutely no exercise. Hurray.
I simply ate less. Not hard.
I wasn’t even trying to lose weight at the time. My appetite just decreased severely. XD
I’ve decided to stop waiting for reasons to be happy, and just be happy anyway.
It’s wonderful.
