How I did it: I'd procrastinated on organising my email and had over 600 messages, and that was just the unread ones!I deleted and prioritised them and now they're all organised on one page. Evaluate what you really need to keep, it can be freeing to delete baggage and reminders of the past. Read how I did it…

I’m working on this and already having breakthroughs. I stopped procrastinating on getting counselling and I’m getting a lot of benefit from my sessions, which are short term and solution based so I can’t procrastinate on achieving results! I stopped procrastinating on applying for jobs and went for it, I start my new job on the 30th! Also today I am sorting through the boxes of old magazine clippings I’ve had cluttering up my room for ages and any that aren’t neatly filed away by the end of the day are going in the recycling! And I just made a phone call I’d put off for a couple of months! Life is too short to procrastinate!
