I’ve recently started running again, which I’m really enjoying and when I’m at uni I play rugby. It’s just the healthy eating side of things that I struggle with! Starting to improve though, and I love drinking water, so that’s something good :)

How I did it: Basically just washed and moisturised my face twice daily and my body every morning.Surprised me that even parts of my body which I didn't think were very dry became softer, like my knees and elbows Read how I did it…

this goes with my time management goal really, but it’s a real problem.. anything I want to do I always end up thinking, well, tomorrow’s a new day, I’ll start it fresh then. I want to change that, maybe by just making myself start it right then? We’ll see if that works!
My first step in doing this, I think is going to be to write down what I’m currently doing with my time for the next couple of days. I feel like I waste so much time at the moment, and I don’t have time to waste with my exams coming up!
