There were quite a few choices on this site regarding “anxiety.” I choose control my anxiety because I don’t want to get rid of it. I think some anxiety is healthy and even helpful. Too much, however and I’m awake at 3am worrying about work. 80% of my anxiety is work related 20% is regaring my children (which can also be work related GUILT)
