Bought a blank journal this week that I plan on wrecking. Sounds like a fun little project. Mine certainly won’t be as pretty or creative as most, but I’m looking forward to just letting go and having fun with it. :)

How I did it: I started by walking around the house in high heels on level ground, slowly building up to walking up and down the steps with them, and then finally going out in public with them. At first, my feet were killing me, but I powered through and as I kept going the pain started to go away. I recently bought some new high heels that were a bit higher than the ones I'd been practicing on, and adjusted to them very quickly. Read how I did it…
I started some anti-anxiety medication about a month ago and it’s amazing how much it’s helped. I have a lot more desire to get out and do things and I’ve just been enjoying life more in general. I’ve been trying to get out of the house more, even if it’s just little things like going to the store or for a walk. I’m feeling more confident about myself and starting to worry a bit less about what people think of me. I still have a LONG way to go, but my therapist is helping me a lot. All-in-all, I think I’ve made some good progress on this goal. Hope everyone else is doing good as well! :)
Thanks so much for all the help, guys! I’m feeling a lot more confident now and have picked out a good sewing machine with the help of my mom. Planning to order it soon and start learning over the Holiday break. :)
