Lose 10 pounds
Here we go

Time to develop a starting weight…again. For the most part, I want to lose around 50 pounds in total, but im starting out with 10 and creating little goals or myself.



obtain & maintain a Body Mass Index (BMI) within the range of 20-25, which experts generally consider to be healthy.
finally!!

my bmi was 24.9 today
starting bmi: 29.4
pounds lost: 28.6
yay!
