I started going to the gym everyday 3 weeks ago. I started slow. Just walking at a fast pace on the treadmill for 30 minutes everyday. About 5 days ago I started doing 30 minutes on the ellipical machine and 30 minutes on a stationary bike. That burns between 400 and 450 calories every day! So in the past 3 weeks I have lost 4 pounds, but since I started working out harder and drinking tons of water, I have been losing it faster. I’m looking foward to reaching my goal and can’t wait until I do.
