It’s such an uphill battle. I only know one way to this…and that way isn’t too desirable. I’m trying to get in shape (not just to look good…i guess that should b a part of it) to play sports… but now that I’m out of high school, I dont know how to get in shape because sports got me in shape. I feel great and motivated every few weeks…but then I start to feel extremely sore and my muscles feel overworked (usually after only about a week or two, at most, on any kind of routine)...and I just feel a general lack of energy…so then I rest and a few days’ rest isnt enough to make it better and I usually end up “resting” for a few more weeks…It’s always one step forward, two steps back…I’m not getting anywhere with this.
