My brother took it upon himself to buy the french program. Tom John and I going to start tonight. The weather is suppose to snow sleet and do other horrid things that will force us to stay inside so i am quite sure we have a running chance to follow through with our learning french plan!

How I did it: my bro asked me to join him one day and after a few hours of tearing the flesh on my fingers falling from a hand hold and scraping my knee ive never looked back. i went out and bought shoes the next day. there are a lot of life lessons to be learned from climbing. its not just a sport it becomes a way of life. you fall in love with nature and try in any way to preserve the beauty you find and all of the rocks you eventually build a love h… Read how I did it…
tom (the ex who is now a friend…) and i have decided to quit for real. we started three days ago. i cant do it cold turkey and neither can he so we allow ourselves one a day. we have both gone from one pack to just one smoke.its slow but its a start and ive done better than i ever thought i could. tom and i decided that it would be easier for us to be happy and excited about quitting instead of frustrated and annoyed.
im excited about how we will feel in about a month.
going tomorrow for the first little jaunt around riverside with a friend. with coffee in hand i think ill do well.
