Well, in Week 1, Thurs-Weds, I’ve actually done something on 5 days. Just goes to show I can fit it in, and if I cut down to 3 during finals, I’m still within my goal. I think I’ve noticed a difference in my body shape already, but that could very easily be me projecting!

To all those of you out there with Davina’s Super Body Workout, my thighs have only just recovered from Super Pump. Owwwww x

So I’ve had Jason Vale’s Rebounding Workout for some time, and only done it a couple of times, even though it’s great for making my rebounding time a lot more focused. Recently got the lovely Davina McCall’s Super Body Workout, and having done it a couple of times I’m glad there’s options on it to mix up the routines. Off to get my cheapo Argos weights tomorrow, so I can try out Davina’s Super Sculpt section properly. Keeping track of my weight and measurements so I can gauge the amazing progress I’m of course going to make! I think 3 times a week is the most realistic approach. Only issue is being a sweaty beetroot Betty, and having stupidly long hair, I just can’t be arsed with washing it that often! Sorry, that’s disgusting and lazy all rolled into one.

Hahaha. Oh well, I can but try. See you when I’m 28, a changed woman. Again, I think me joining this whilst ON 43things is about as ironic as joining the ‘stop procrastinating one’. Still, everyone loves a bit of hypocrisy.
