ok, i fell off the wagon with moving and all of that. but i’m back on! i gained a little but hopefully it is just “water weight” from too much sodium-packed fast food and it will be gone quickly.

my sister is also following me in trying to get healthy. i have instilled in her THAT’S what’s important, not weight. she seems to get it. i’m proud of both of us! and helping her do this has really solidified my interest in going to school to become a nutritionist.



stop swearing (read all 2 entries…)

i’m doing pretty well on this goal. i slip up when i’m really frustrated (or hungry) and i can’t wait to stop doing that. i’m working hard on it! at least, i’m going days without swearing and i’m thinking before i speak. i realized there’s a certain feeling in my body when i’m about to swear/call someone a bad name so i’ve learned to recognize it.

as for the omg issue, i realized i’ve been saying “oh my lawd” in this terrible black southern accent. hey, at least it’s not “oh my god”, but it might be just as offensive.

i am shocked i broke ten minutes already! i’ll be starting back tomorrow, but i might be a little set back since it’s been a few days.
