How I did it: i got sick of having to call my mom to find out my SS number to open bank accounts and whatnot. you have to know your number by heart, you need it for too many things! so i asked her what it was one last time, i wrote it down, i said it to myself about a dozen times, and it is now burned into my memory. Read how I did it…
i’m still here! i fell off the wagon a couple of months ago and gained weight rapidly, and then i found out my scale was really really off, and i weighed a lot more than i thought. i ended up getting to 177. now i’m at 163, which means, 24 lbs to go!
ok, i fell off the wagon with moving and all of that. but i’m back on! i gained a little but hopefully it is just “water weight” from too much sodium-packed fast food and it will be gone quickly.
my sister is also following me in trying to get healthy. i have instilled in her THAT’S what’s important, not weight. she seems to get it. i’m proud of both of us! and helping her do this has really solidified my interest in going to school to become a nutritionist.
