Looking at the women in my family, we all have the same body type. Tall-ish, with slim legs (which I’m so thankful for), decent tits, and a short, thicker torso. I did hundreds of sit-ups and crunches every day for three months now, and haven’t seen much results. It seems that no matter what, I will always have my little gut. Add to that the fact that I’ve lost 50 pounds, and there’s bound to be a little flab. I plan to keep up the toning, because I’m sure it doesn’t hurt, but I’m pretty sure a six pack isn’t in my future.
