Size....6!!!!! 2 years ago

I went to the mall a couple days ago and the guy at the BCBG counter told me the size 8 dress was too big and I needed to go down to a size 6! And when I went to Ann Taylor last night, the size 6 skirt fit perfectly, not tight at all. I bought a size 8 suit there in September!

I am training for a triathlon this coming May and it is going really well. I skipped today because I am insanely busy, but I will have time to go to the gym again on Saturday, I hope. I am sad that I missed today, because it’s a swim day and I love swimming. Last saturday i ran my 2nd ever 5k, and I cut my time down by 4 minutes! (42 minutes the first one and 37:37 the second!) I didn’t run the entire time, but it was hilly. I think on a track that was flatter, i could actually run the whole thing. I a mile for the first time ever in December, at my first 5k. I can’t believe it’s only february and I can already run 3 (most likely)

I am trying to eat less meat, since producing meat is worse for the environment that producing veggies. I’m aiming for about 70% of my meals to be vegetarian and about 30% to be vegan (so I don’t just replace meet with cheese lol).

I am slowly making my bicycle my primary form of transportation.

I’m still not super great or anything, but I can handle the basics, and even come up with stuff on the fly. Last night I made what I am calling “cabbage lasagna” which is like lasagna only with cabbage leaves instead of noodles, or alternately like cabbage rolls, only not rolled up :)

I don’t recommend buying a head of cabbage if you live by yourself. I’m gonna be eating cabbage all week lol!
