so two of my friends came to visit me, and both carried their cameras everywhere, and photographed everything—the sky, the grass, other people, buildings, trees, everything. and i thought, “well, i’ve got a camera. why can’t i do that?” and then i realized, “oh yeah, i’ve got a camera. i can do that.” so now i shall start. wish me luck, kids.

get my IB diploma

didn’t really do much in terms of college credits—only exempted me from two classes. the classes themselves did me a lot of good though (definitely better than AP, in my opinion) but the credits themselves were pretty…negligible.

so, this guy i went to high school with (a bassist) sends me a message on myspace the other day, asking me if i want to be in a band with him—right now he’s in a band [they’re good, but they play mostly dream theater covers…] but he says he’s getting tired of metal and wants to be in a band where he can play what he wants to. he’s thinking acoustic rock, which i guess is what i play solo, but he does live 200 miles away…what, are we going to practice over the phone or something? so i turned down that chance to complete this goal…but it was a pretty slim chance anyway.
